14. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your bmw22 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures.

14.2 Termination by bmw22

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if:

15. Inactive Account Policy

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered dormant. After eighteen (18) months of inactivity, bmw22 reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of ₱500 or 10% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) to cover account maintenance costs. You will be notified via email before any fees are assessed.

16. Amendments and Modifications

bmw22 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be notified to active players via email or platform notification. Your continued use of our services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions regularly.
